We know you want your labels fast. We use express services where possible and ship orders as quickly as we can.
Orders placed before 2:00 pm (AEST) dispatch the same business day when items are in stock. Orders placed after 2:00 pm, or on weekends/public holidays, dispatch the next business day.
SYDNEY METRO (selected postcodes): order before 10:00 am for same-day delivery.
Stock dependent, business days only, excludes PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers, subject to courier capacity.

Rates are in AUD and include GST. Free shipping applies to eligible orders of $150 or more after discounts. Phone or email orders ship at a flat $12.00 (incl. GST) within Australia.
Dispatch & tracking
- We may ship items separately. We’ll send tracking for each parcel as soon as it’s available (where supported by the carrier).
- Carriers we use include Australia Post, TNT and Go Logistics. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by carriers and can vary.

The rates in the table apply to online orders placed at labelcity.com.au. Orders placed by phone or email ship at a flat $12.00 (incl. GST) within Australia. Free-shipping thresholds and tiered rates apply to online orders only.

Cancellations
Need to cancel? Call 1800 645 100 as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, a refund is available under our Returns Policy; return postage may be at the customer’s expense unless we’re at fault under the Australian Consumer Law.
